Nanaimo Rowing Club – Equipment Acquisition Drive

As anyone that has been around the sport of rowing for even a short time knows, rowing is a very equipment intensive sport.  At NRC we have always tried to keep our fees low to include as many rowers as possible and as a result some of our equipment purchases have been delayed. 

One of our goals is to update our fleet and over the next several years we are seeking funds to acquire additional equipment for our athletes.   We have a project set up, P202 - Nanaimo Rowing Club – Equipment Acquisition Drive, through the National Sport Trust Fund, BC Chapter.  Donations may be made to our project and the National Sport Trust Fund provides tax receipts for qualifying donations of $100 or more.  We have produced a brochure outlining the project and attached a donation form (both attached).

Bottle drive, the easy way.  Nanaimo Rowing Club has an account set up at the bottle recycling depot on Mostar Road.  Just take your empties in and let them know you want to donate to the rowing club.
