Cancellation Policy

1. If you withdraw (in writing/email) from a LTR program more than 48 hours before it begins, you will receive a full refund including the insurance/club fees ($60). 2. If you withdraw (in writing/email) from a program less than 48 hours before it begins, you will receive a full refund for the LTR classes including the insurance/club fees ($60). An administration fee of $25 will be applied. 3. If you withdraw from a program that has begun, you will receive a refund for the LTR classes not taken. An administration fee of $25 will be applied and in addition, the $60 insurance/club fee is non-refundable.
