Introduction

The Nanaimo Rowing Club is committed to creating a sport environment that is accessible, inclusive, respects their participants’ personal goals, and is free from all forms of maltreatment. We are firmly committed to the principles of Safe Sport, and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive, and where sport is safe for everyone.

In addition, it is of the utmost importance that our participants have a safe and comfortable on-water experience - our staff are trained to recognize and react to changing environmental conditions.
