No experience needed — just bring your enthusiasm and we’ll take care of the rest. • Learn to row real racing shells • Team up with awesome new friends • Build strength and confidence • Have a blast every single day Typical Daily Schedule (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) 9:00 Warm Up & Team Huddle 9:30 First Row of the Day 10:30 Games & Snack Break 11:15 Second Row or Skill Session 12:30 Wrap Up & High Fives 1:00 Pickup What to wear – layers, warm socks, ball cap or toque, nothing too baggy or loose (think tights or slim sweats), nothing with pockets or full front zippers. What to bring – water bottle, running shoes, sunglasses. How to register: 1. Book online via this link. 2. Send payment by e-transfer to nrcpayment@gmail.com (or contact us to pay by cash or cheque). 3. Click on the Get Rowing menu header and follow the instructions to create a Rowing Canada account. Then select Nanaimo Rowing Club and the program Junior Learn-to-Row 2026 - through club. 4. Download the NRC registration form and bring to the first class (there will be copies at the lake, as well).

Cancellation Policy
1. If you withdraw (in writing/email) from a LTR program more than 48 hours before it begins, you will receive a full refund including the insurance/club fees ($72.75 for all programs). 2. If you withdraw (in writing/email) from a program less than 48 hours before it begins, you will receive a full refund for the LTR classes including the insurance/club fees ($72.75 for all programs). An administration fee of $25 will be applied. 3. If you withdraw from a program that has begun, you will receive a refund for the LTR classes not taken. An administration fee of $25 will be applied and in addition, the $72.75 insurance/club fee for all programs is non-refundable.
